Intro
Zoho Vault is a password management service provided by our Zoho One Licensing. It's more secure, allows for backups and disaster recovery

Please feel free to use this for personal passwords too (it can also be installed on mobile devices), just make sure to tick the Personal checkbox when adding them to ensure that they aren't visible to any admins should the system need to go into disaster recovery mode
Sign up
You will receive an email asking you to join Vault
You will be asked to set a master password

Please make sure you read the message below when signing up
Upon first logging in you will be prompted to take a tour. This will just show you around the functionality of the system
Export Passwords from Chrome

Do this in the Remote NOT the laptop
Click the 3 Dots at the Top Right of the your Chrome window and then click Settings
Click Autofill and passwords on the Left then go to Google password Manager

This will open another window
Click Settings on the left and then under Export Passwords press Download File

You will be prompted to enter your login password
A download window will pop up. Title it whatever you would like and press Save
Import Passwords into Vault
Log into Vault and click Settings on the Left and click Standard CSV File
Click on Upload file at the Top and locate the Export you made previously and then press Open
Scroll down and then Match the fields like I have below by Dragging and Dropping from the Left and then press Verify
Click Passwords again on the Left and you should now see all of your passwords here
Install the Vault Chrome Extension

Do this on the laptop NOT the remote
Click this link
Press Add to Chrome
Once it has been added click the Extensions button at the Top Right next to your browser by and Pin the Vault Extension
Click onto it and press Accept


It will now appear in colour at the top right
Click on it again and enter your password
Click on the Extension at the Top Right again to View Passwords, Create and manager folders, Generate a Password and Change Settings

The small number next to the extension indicates how many passwords it has detected relating to the current site you are on click on it display that list of passwords

I would recommend adjusting lock timer and stay signed in within the settings
Copying, Logging in and Sharing Passwords
Copy
To Copy a Password click the Extension at the Top Right and use the Search box at the Top to find the site you want. Simply Mouse over the one you want and press Copy
Login
To use the extension to login. Do the same as above but press the Login Button and this will open that url in another tab and autolog you into the site of your choosing
Share
Again, as above. Press the Share button to share the password internally or externally
You can select a User or User Group
Alternatively you can share externally and set the link to expire if someone only needs limited access. You can also add a message too.
Click the Share Password button at the Bottom Left to share
