VPN Guide

Please contact CHS to install VPN Software in the first instance

The VPN will allow you to access internal resources for example the crystal server under the SRV21SQL link

Go to Start and search for Mobile VPN and open the app.

Enter the details as per below.

Username will be first initial and then last name in the format below

Server: dtwvpn.discovertheworld.co.uk

User name: circle.local\FLastname

Password: *Normal login password*

You should see this notification pop up at the bottom right

You can also hover the WatchGuard icon in your toolbar to see the status

A green W means connected

To disconnect simply right click the icon and press disconnect
